Trustee Lucchese is the chief strategy officer for Penske Entertainment, a subsidiary of Penske Corp. that owns and operates the Indianapolis Motor Speedway, INDYCAR racing league and Indianapolis Motor Speedway Productions. She joined Penske Corp. (formerly Hulman and Company) in 2014 as chief administrative officer and chief financial officer, playing a crucial role in the strategic portfolio review and subsequent sale of the racing business from Hulman and Co. to Penske Corp. She also helped guide the sale of Clabber Girl baking powder to B&G Foods. The Indianapolis Business Journal named Lucchese 2020 CFO of the Year.
Lucchese earned her undergraduate degree in accounting and her MBA from Indiana University and is a member of the Kelley School of Business Dean’s Council.
