About Trustee Jill Burnett

Burnett earned her bachelor of science degree in business from the Kelley School of Business in 1997 and has run Mickey’s Camp, a non-profit organization founded by the Maurer family since 2004. Her family has attended IU for three generations, and in 2008, the Maurer family established a significant scholarship fund that has provided more than 800 law students the opportunity to earn a law degree. As a result, the Bloomington School of Law was named in her father’s honor. Burnett is a mother of three.

Burnett currently serves as President, Maurer Family Foundation, and Board member, Discovering Broadway. Previous roles include President, Women for Riley; Board member, Cancer Support Community; Board member, Indianapolis Zoo; Member of Options 8 - CICF organization; Board member, Hooverwood Living.
