Trustee Springer is a first-generation college graduate and credits her degree from IU McKinney School of Law with changing the trajectory of her life. A partner at Faegre Drinker Biddle & Reath LLP, Springer represents highly regulated nonprofits and quasi-governmental entities with a focus on corporate, governance and tax issues. Springer has focused on the policy issues impacting K12, higher education and the adult workforce for the last two decades of her career.

Springer is a distinguished attorney and has been awarded the Sagamore of the Wabash in 2014 and was recognized by the Indiana Lawyer as its Distinguished Barrister Honoree in 2022. She was honored as a “Woman of Influence” by the Indiana Business Journal in 2020.

In her personal time, Springer enjoys hiking and traveling with her family and volunteering with her local faith community and global missions.
